Tony Smith CBE is a former Director of Ports and Borders in both Canada and the UK, Regional Director for London & South East in the UK Border Agency, and Director General of the UK Border Force. He is now a global border security consultant, Managing Director of Fortinus Global Ltd, and chairman of the International Border Management and Technologies Association. Lars Karlsson is CEO and MD of KGH Global Consulting in KGH Customs Services. He is a former Director of World Customs Organization and a former Director of Swedish Customs with 35 years’ experiences working with customs, borders and trade policy in more than 120 countries. He is also working as Senior Advisor to governments and multinational companies all around the world on customs and border management.
