Boris Johnson was elected Conservative Party leader in July 2019, since when he has been Prime Minister. He has been Conservative MP for Uxbridge and Ruislip South since 2015, having previously represented Henley between 2001 and 2008 before serving as Mayor of London between 2008 and 2016. He was Foreign Secretary between 2016 and 2018.
